Zuppa di Anelli di Totano

Ecco a voi , una ricetta light ma allo stesso tempo gustosa: Zuppa di Anelli di Totano.

Ingredienti per due persone:
500 gr di anelli di totano;
1 cipolla rossa;
1 cucchiaio di olio d’extra vergine d’oliva;
prezzemolo in polvere;
salsa di pomodoro

Preparazione
Ungete una padella fonda e antiaderente con mezzo cucchiaio d’olio extra vergine d’oliva e soffriggete la cipolla tagliata precedentemente con le olive nere . Dopodiche’, lavate sotto acqua corrente gli anelli di totano e li aggiungete al soffritto. Infine,aggiungete la salsa di pomodoro e condite il tutto con un pò di prezzemolo in polvere e pochissimo sale.Fate cuocere il tutto a fuoco medio e girate di tanto in tanto, finche’gli anelli non sono cotti.
