E’ arrivata la tanto attesa stagione calda.. Ovunque voi siate e ovunque trascorriate questi bei mesi , è ovvio che farete uno spuntino mattutino e una merenda …Le scelte per questi due pasti sono infinite , ma non così scontate per chi vuole avere una salute da leone e mantenersi in forma..Specie se vi trovate fuori..Gelati, Granite, Sorbetti,Ghiacchioli, succhi di frutta zuccherati e Creme da Bere..Ecco cosa ci offrono in maggioranza bar, autogrill e banchetti.. Tutta roba che non è di certo gratis ed è piena di Zuccheri, Sciroppi e altre porcherie..Prendiamo in esame la Crema da Bere: fredda come una granita, golosa come un gelato, viene presentata così e dentro cosa c’è? Il mondo: latte con l’aggiunta di grassi, bevande, frutta..L’Algida ha lanciato la Cafè Zero Menta Shock al prezzo di 3 Euro..165 gr, 200 cal, 38 g carb, 3,5 grassi..Ma siamo matti???? Se proprio volete prendere un gelato nel Vostro gg di “Sgarro” allora prendetelo Artigianale..Ma per favore questa roba , NO!!!! Il Gelato Artigianale di certo dovete toglierlo dalle Vostre Menti se tenete alla Vostra Salute e a non ingrassare…

L’Anguria rientra nella categoria degli alimenti più dissetanti e rinfrescanti in assoluto: tant’è vero che è costituita da oltre il 93% di acqua, e fornisce pochissime calorie (solo 16 per 100 grammi di prodotto, ancor meno rispetto al melone).
